First post

Ever have one of "those days" where nothing seems right?  Yeah, me too.  Often.  Like, it seems almost every day.  So, I'm choosing to do something to try to help myself break out of it.
I'm thinking of Five Happy Thoughts at the end of my day.  Every day. This will force me (in a very nice way) to look back on the day and find the good things in life.
Now, these probably won't be groundbreaking thoughts. They will probably often involve my daughter who is often my light in these dark times. They will most often be simple, incomplete sentences.  I don't really know.  But I do know that I need to get started.
